Job Title: Busser Reports To: Restaurant Manager Department: Food and Beverage
Summary of Position: Responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests by assisting servers and maintaining a hygienic environment in the Company’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities:
- Bussing tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware in a timely manner to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assisting servers by resetting tables quickly and efficiently for new guests.
- Providing high-quality service by assisting guests with their needs, such as refilling water glasses or addressing other requests as directed by the servers.
- Handling food and beverages in a safe and hygienic manner, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing debris from floors and assisting with trash removal.
- Helping maintain an efficient flow of the restaurant by working with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting other front-of-house staff as needed, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Position Requirements: - Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy as required
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to take direction and change tasks quickly
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
Education and Experience: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum One year (1) in a restaurant establishment Resort/National Park Concession preferred
