Busser – Lalla Grill at The Dunes Promenade (Marina/Monterey).
Pay: $16.90 per hour + tips.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable, and upbeat Busser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting the team and maintaining a clean, organized dining space.
What You’ll Do:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, glassware, and condiments.
- Clean and respond promptly to spills and messes in dining and service areas.
- Safely handle and clean up broken glass or other hazards.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, including addressing unexpected situations when needed.
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas.
- Vacuum and help maintain overall cleanliness of floors and dining spaces.
- Support overall flow of service and guest experience.
- Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to handle cleaning tasks and maintain a sanitary environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
