Energetic, detail-oriented Busser to support the food and beverage team at a premier indoor pickleball facility. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, high-end guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming dining environment. Bussers work closely with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure efficient table turnover, pristine presentation and exceptional service standards. Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in upscale dining or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and service flow.

• Clear sand resets tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
• Ensures all dining, lounge and common areas remain clean, organized and guest-ready.
• Refills water, assists with beverage service and supports servers as needed.
• Transports dishes, glassware and utensils to dishwashing areas promptly.
• Assists with food running when necessary.
• Maintains stock of service stations, including linens, silverware and glassware.
• Supports opening and closing duties, including deep cleaning and setup tasks.
• Monitors guest areas and proactively addresses cleanliness or service needs.
• Collaborates with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Upholds all health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Provides friendly, courteous interactions with members and guests when appropriate.
• Assists with club events, leagues and special functions as needed.
