Job Description

We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant I to support enterprise transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and assist with project and change management activities. This position will be a full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning coordinating and executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

  • Track progress against project milestones and maintain documentation

  • Create reports presentations and supporting materials for decision making

  • Track and monitor risks actions issues and decisions and support team accountability

  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews workshops and research

  • Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support development of future state processes and recommend enhancements

  • Assist in evaluating and implementing technology solutions including automation and workflow tools

  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment

  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization

  • Support change management activities including communications stakeholder analysis and training coordination

  • Assist in ensuring successful adoption and sustainability of new initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver transformation programs successfully

  • Contribute to problem solving discussions and support decision making efforts

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration finance economics or related field

  • Entry level experience in business analysis consulting finance or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and trends

  • Strong communication skills with ability to prepare documentation and presentations

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Experience using tools such as Excel PowerPoint Word and Visio

  • Ability to work collaboratively and learn in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to hold self and others accountable to timelines and outcomes

Preferred:

  • Experience with JIRA Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to support analysis and delivery

  • Interest in business transformation and enterprise improvement initiatives

  • Exposure to project management and change management practices

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor

$80,000 - $95,000 per year

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
