What you'll do:

As a Business Systems/Techno-Functional Analyst - Fixed Income Investments (Investortools Perform), you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing delivery environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, and experienced business-focused technology individual with a proven record of Investortools platform engineering and delivery to a front office investment management business.

The Business Systems/Techno-Functional Analyst - Fixed Income Investments platform engineering role responsibilities include hands-on requirements gathering, documentation, configuration and customizations related to Investortools Perform, Credit Scope, and Inhouse portfolio construction application. The role will translate business requirements into technology friendly language and complete the implementation in-house or in collaboration with vendors. This role will entail testing and supporting User acceptance testing following Agile scrum process. You will work collaboratively in a full Agile model in partnership with SAMS businesses requiring close communication and collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders. You will act as a vendor for liaison and techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (Level 3 SME and support) for escalations on Investortools Perform and Inhouse application as needed

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Fixed Income Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) area with a strong focus on Investortools Perform configuration, customization, and development.
  • Experience supporting Investortools Perform Task Scheduler, Upgrades, custom report creation, business configurations related to styles, rules, trading configurations.
  • Exposure as a vendor for liaison and Level 3 SME and support for escalations on Investortools Perform and/or Inhouse application.
  • Solid experience with and understanding Agile in developing epics, themes, user stories, supplementary requirements, and business rules are essential.
  • Prior data analysis and data-mapping experiences with strong SQL skills are a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail who takes initiative and can work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable working with various business domains.
  • Strong Excel expertise required, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data transformation, and related skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Municipal bond trading and portfolio management is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Fixed Income portfolio management and trading processing including SMA business workflows process is highly desirable.
  • Experience in .NET, and object-oriented programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience using Copilot and LLM based productivity enhancement tools.

In addition to the base pay range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
