CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst VI to support our client in leading complex enterprise initiatives. This senior-level role partners with business and technology teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and deliver high-impact business solutions. Duration: 18 months
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead complex business systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.
- Analyze business processes and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Prepare and execute test plans, test scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
- Coordinate project estimates, timelines, deliverables, and change requests.
- Perform data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and enterprise initiatives.
- Monitor project scope, regulatory compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve testing and implementation issues while ensuring high-quality application performance.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide functional leadership across project teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of combined higher education and/or business analysis, operational, or systems development experience.
- Experience developing functional specifications for complex enterprise projects.
- Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering experience.
- Experience supporting application testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience working collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Subject matter expertise supporting enterprise business applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience managing project milestones, timelines, and enterprise initiatives.
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and technology solutions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 to $71.76 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
