To be successful, the individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. This role requires a self‑motivated professional who takes ownership of daily operational outcomes, proactively manages workload, and communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and business partners.

  • Perform expedited password resets to support business continuity and incident response
  • Ensure all activities meet audit, compliance, and control requirements
  • Maintain and update process and procedural documentation, clearly communicating changes and expectations
  • Create and maintain integration and operational documentation for internally developed tools
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or control weaknesses and take personal ownership in recommending and driving improvements

Knowledge, Experience & Success Characteristics

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational IAM, security, or IT support role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize daily operational tasks, and meet deadlines without constant direction
  • Strong sense of personal accountability for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of work products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for procedural documentation, stakeholder updates, and audit support
