Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to support moderately complex to complex enterprise initiatives for our client. This role will focus on business analysis, functional specifications, SIT/UAT coordination, testing support, and cross-functional project delivery within a banking environment. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 5 months Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Prepare functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and test cases. Coordinate and support SIT and UAT testing activities. Lead functional analysis efforts for system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Participate in data mapping, system integration, and conversion activities. Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and issue resolution activities. Support post-implementation reviews and ensure adherence to technology and regulatory standards. Serve as a subject matter expert for supported applications and business processes. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project methodologies and testing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of business systems analysis and/or operational analytics experience. SIT and UAT test coordination/management experience required. Experience writing business requirements and test cases/scripts. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting moderately complex to complex projects. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with standard business and project management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Banking or commercial loan systems experience strongly preferred. Experience with enterprise system integrations, conversions, or acquisitions. Understanding of application frameworks and integrated systems. Ability to present effectively to technical and business leadership. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
