Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an IT - Business Analyst to supports enterprise business operations by translating business needs into clear requirements, reports, analytics and system enhancements. This role works across departments to improve business processes, develop BI and reporting solutions, validate data accuracy, and support system implementations that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. What you will need:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of business systems, reporting, or analytical experience
• Experience with requirement elicitation and documentation
• Proven ability to create solutions using BI and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
• Must pass background check.

What will set you apart:

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP or GIS systems
• Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing environments
• Experience with data governance or KPI development

TOTAL REWARDS:                 $80,000-100,000/YEARLY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
