Business Systems Analyst II

Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support project intake, coordination, and execution within a high-volume technical environment. This role focuses less on traditional requirements gathering and more on workflow management, communication, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track incoming work requests through a ticketing system
• Act as a central point of coordination across engineering and technical teams
• Follow up on tasks, drive accountability, and ensure work progresses through the pipeline
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests and support queue management
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Assist with data handling and ensure information is routed to appropriate stakeholders
