We're seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst II to lead vital healthcare implementation projects at CHRISTUS Irving Corporate Office. What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare implementation experience in hospital or clinic settings (not insurance)
- Proven track record with EMR implementations such as Epic (Epic Modules related projects), Athena, Cerner
- Strong ability to gather requirements, develop process flows, and produce detailed project documentation (charters, status reports, meeting minutes)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- On-site availability with one work-from-home day every two weeks after the first month
- Proof of a Bachelor's Degree
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with third-party applications like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank
- Familiarity with ancillary systems such as Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology-related implementations
- Prior involvement with requirements gathering and workflow design in healthcare settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Extensive healthcare system implementation experience
- Healthcare provider experience in hospitals and clinics
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite at CHRISTUS Irving Corporate Office in Irving, TX
- Accurate and verifiable resume with the ability to discuss past projects confidently
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday
