Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
Business Systems Analyst I: $53,000 - $66,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800 - $76,100, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU''''LL DO:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend solutions that improve processes, systems, and business outcomes.
Evaluate workflows and business operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and enhanced user experiences.
Support projects and system enhancements through documentation, testing, implementation, and ongoing operational support.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve issues, communicate changes, and support successful adoption of new processes and technology.
Experience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives through data integration, model-ready data preparation, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience supporting projects, system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled technologies to drive process improvements and business outcomes.
Familiarity with business analysis practices, Agile methodologies, data analysis, or the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE in a hybrid environment.
PREFERRED:
Experience with product definition coding.
Strong business understanding of health insurance products.
