Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying technical solutions, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role involves gathering requirements, designing processes, and ensuring successful implementation of systems that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, business process modeling, and system workflow mapping.
Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Lead or assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and system rollouts.
Maintain system documentation and support continuous improvement efforts.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to resolve system-related issues.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve business processes and system performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process design.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and SQL.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level business applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
