Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support Financial Crimes Risk Management applications. This role combines data analysis, technical writing, and product ownership responsibilities, with a strong focus on reporting, data integrity, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Crimes Risk Management applications through:

• Daily reporting review and validation

• Exception analysis and resolution of data issues

• Maintenance of input mappings and system documentation

• Perform data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including:

• Sourcing and integrating data across multiple business units

• Delivering actionable insights and recommendations

• Ensuring compliance with data governance standards

• Serve as a Product Owner, including:

• Defining and documenting business requirements

• Collaborating with technology teams on solution delivery

• Managing product backlog, priorities, and deliverables

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure quality and accuracy of system enhancements

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

• Coordinate communication and information flow between business stakeholders and technology teams

• Participate in issue evaluation and resolution, providing technology-driven solutions aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries for analysis and reporting

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams

• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and priorities

• Ability to work effectively in a virtual or distributed team environment

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills

• Experience contributing to the development of cost-effective systems, processes, and procedures

• Ability to act as an internal consultant, applying process improvement and quality tools to optimize technical workflows

• Experience coordinating communication across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Prior experience in financial services, preferably within risk management or compliance domains

• Previous experience working with Wells Fargo or similar financial institutions
