Overview:

ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Business Systems Analyst 3 will support requirements development, solution design, build, implementation, and maintenance by facilitating process documentation sessions, analyzing business needs, developing prototypes, and creating technical documentation and training. The role designs and implements SharePoint and no-code/custom solutions, automates processes, and supports system integration and testing while ensuring continuous improvement. Requires advanced SharePoint development experience (2019), strong web front-end skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON), and expertise in taxonomy, content management, and user experience. Candidates must have experience with workflow tools, data analysis, and project coordination, along with strong technical communication skills and familiarity with accessible design standards and the energy/utility industry. Pay Rate: $49.57 - $70.82

Responsibilities:



* Support Requirements Development:

* Plan, organize and facilitate process improvement and business process documentation sessions in support of the Engineering and Technical Services (TE).

* Research, analyze, model and organize information for developing requirements.

* Decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to distinguish between solution ideas and business needs.

* Facilitate requirements, validation sessions and present findings.

* Work with manager/federal personnel to facilitate resolution of requirement conflicts between stakeholders.

* Solution Development and Proposal:

* Design, architect, build and recommend solutions based on requirements and best practices approved by Management.

* Facilitate/assist in technical process improvement initiatives

* Research and develop methods to automate repetitive manual data manipulations.

* Use Rapid System Development methods to build prototypes.

* Complete all documentation in support of the solution, including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps, and desk procedures.

* Assist in the development of Business Cases/Justifications for the identified improvement opportunities and present the proposed solutions in both verbal and written formats to key stakeholders and sponsors.

* Solution Build:

* Prepare functional and technical documentation for continuity of support.

* Work closely with corporate IT development guidelines and governance to encourage a smooth build.

* Draft documentation for solution descriptions and technical specifications.

* Design, build, and implement management approved both no-code and custom solutions within SharePoint approved by Management.

* Draft and build electronic forms to support business processes.
