Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and provide high-level analytical business systems support and assistance to the Business Performance and Oversight organization within the Transmission Engineering Grid Expansion organization. This assignment will provide high-level analytical support to optimize, implement, and maintain the Procore-Gov platform by serving as the bridge between business operations and technical execution to ensure capital project design and build processes run seamlessly. Acting as the primary point of contact for active project deployments and ongoing operations and maintenance, the analyst collaborates closely with internal Subject Matter Experts, Contracting Officer's Representatives, IT security teams, and external specialized vendors supporting the Capital Program Plan, requiring strong expertise in enterprise Construction Management platforms—specifically Procore or Procore-Gov—along with the analytical rigor required to translate complex engineering workflows into clean, automated system processes.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $63.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, business systems or a closely related technical discipline is highly desired.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
9 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with specific requirements of Information Technology, Business Systems, or related specialty and progressively more technical in nature.
Experience with software associated with facilitation of technical contracts that support an electrical utilities plan/design/build process.
Technical understanding of software is sufficient to perform changes in configuration and security and to facilitate requests with product teams on system bug resolution or enhancements.
Technical writing skills to author, modify, or facilitate development of design specification documents, job aids, user guides, standard operating procedures, and similar materials.
Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Experience/ability to model processes, determine requirements, analyze alternatives, and verify solutions to meet business needs.
Procore configuration experience, with the ability to understand and validate complex setups.
Experience building custom reports and dashboards in Procore to support operations and drive data-informed decision-making.
Experience with QA/testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Procore software from a support position/user perspective.
Experience in multi-tenant and/or multi-company Procore structures.
Project Management Professional, Certified Business Process Professional, or similar related certification.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives related to Utility design/construct processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical concepts, create comprehensive documentation, and articulate system impacts to both construction and business leaders.
Ability to develop white papers, lead design sessions, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and deliver Procore demonstrations.
