Title: Business system analyst – (Product Loan Operation)
Locations: Onsite: Dallas TX/Phoenix
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40- $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Job Descriptions:
Role: Sr BSA/Product Loan Operation.
  • Candidate should have 8-9 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, especially Loan Operations and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Strong Business Analysis experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel (Macros)
  • Experience working with ADO (Azure DevOps) and SDLC processes
  • Ability to create process flows using Lucidchart
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to AI-first / automation mindset preferred
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills
  • Skills: Business Analysis
  • Experience Required: 6-8
