Position Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will bridge business requirements with modern data, cloud, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging data and cloud platforms
- Perform data analysis, data profiling, and source-to-target mapping
- Design and support data workflows and pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure services
- Work with Azure Databricks to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data solutions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making (Power BI)
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, including SRDs
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to automate reporting, workflows, and business processes
- Develop and utilize prompt templates for AI-driven solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python (data manipulation, scripting, automation)
- SQL (advanced queries, data modeling)
- Data modeling, data profiling, and source-to-target mapping
- JIRA
- Power BI
- Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, or related services)
- Azure Databricks (data engineering, Spark, notebooks)
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience integrating tools within Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
