ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the Business Support services department (manager) to complete the required functions including implementation, customer service, product development, and risk management.  
  • Support Business Support services’ sales strategy to increase market penetration and maximize revenue.  
  • Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to customers and prospects.  
  • Maintain industry knowledge of Business Support services solutions, pricing, and products to keep the bank’s Business Support services products current and competitive.  
  • Evaluate and implement new products as necessary.  
  • Respond to direct customer questions and route questions from branches, operations, and sales-team.  
  • Monitor product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features, and functionality.  
  • Monitor customer usage to identify and remediate customer attrition, maximize fee income, and maintain sound risk management practices.  
  • Assist the Business Support Manager with various management and audit reports on customers.  
  • Responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting cash management services.  
  • Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school education required, Bachelor's degree, or some college preferred.  
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, 10-key.  
  • Ability to work in US without sponsorship.  
  • 2+ years of banking experience with cash management products preferred.  
  • Strong customer service background required.  
  • Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs.  
  • Strong ability to use written and verbal communication effectively with customers and staff.  
  • Patience to deal with accounting errors or problems.  
  • High level proficiency in MS Office suite.  
  • Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail. 
  • Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.  
  • Able to perform other duties as assigned.
