JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the preparation of commercial documents, process follow-up, information consolidation, and coordination throughout business development, project execution, and customer cooperation activities.
Work with business, product, technical, finance, legal, and related functional teams to ensure efficient internal handover and closed-loop management of commercial matters.
Support the preparation, tracking, and management of contracts, quotations, tenders, commercial documents, customer correspondence, and related trackers.
Assist with commercial advancement in key projects and strategic customer cooperation based on actual business needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial management standards, trackers, process coordination, and support mechanisms to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
Assist in the follow-up of key matters, information feedback, and cross-functional coordination to provide stable support for business growth and project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong awareness of commercial support and collaboration, with a good understanding of basic commercial logic and process requirements in business execution.
Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and execution skills, with the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks in parallel.
Good writing, document management, and process follow-up skills, with the ability to support efficient execution of commercial matters.
Interest in commercial support work in the energy industry, industrial technology businesses, or project-based businesses is preferred.
Careful and dependable working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and willingness to continue improving professional capability while supporting business growth.
