Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Supervisor II to support operations across four OB-GYN clinic locations in the Plaza and Lee's Summit areas. This is a unique opportunity to lead administrative functions within a large, dynamic women's health program that supports approximately 60 physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), residents, and medical students.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for clerical staff across four busy OB-GYN clinics
Supervise front-end and administrative functions including scheduling, patient registration, and referrals
Lead staff through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development
Ensure productivity aligns with departmental goals
Delegate tasks effectively and utilize appropriate resources
Foster a collaborative and service-focused team environment
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical office or ambulatory setting
Associate's degree required (3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted)
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
