ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 3 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative work or related field.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
General knowledge of Virginia criminal law and court procedures; some working knowledge of the courts systems and other jail systems
Any knowledge of related public safety computer systems such as LIDS or OMS.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Typical hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week).
HIRING RANGE:
$34.59 to $46.30 hourly
FLSA:
nonexempt

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. May also require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
