Core Functions of the Business & Sales Manager
- Lead rotating outreach efforts across San Diego, introducing customers to wireless programs through clear conversations.
- Build foundational leadership skills through accelerated training in territory planning and community‑based sales engagement.
- Use local insights to identify underserved pockets in South Bay and East County where wireless access can create immediate value.
- Maintain enrollment accuracy by guiding customers through each step with professionalism and compliance.
- Support team development by modeling confident, simple demonstrations of wireless benefits during field interactions.
- Drive daily momentum by helping shape outreach priorities, adjusting plans based on real‑time community responses.
Education & Experience for the Business & Sales Manager
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or business management is a bonus.
- Familiarity with basic device use to support simple, sales‑driven demonstrations.
- Willingness to learn territory‑based sales strategies through structured training.
- Comfort initiating conversations that build interest and move them toward enrollment.
