    Job Title: Business Program Manager (Cloud Supply Chain Operations)

    Location: Remote (PST Hours)

    Rate: $71/hourly

    Duration: Through 12/31/2026 (Possible Extension)


    The Business Program Manager serves as a key operational partner to our Cloud Supply Chain leadership organization. This role functions as a strategic business operations lead responsible for driving the organization's rhythm of business (ROB), business planning processes, executive communications, goal management, and cross-functional initiatives.

    The successful candidate will help enable senior leaders to operate effectively by managing organizational priorities, facilitating strategic planning, tracking key business objectives, and delivering high-quality leadership communications. This position is ideal for a highly organized business operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Education

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

    Preferred

    • Master's degree.

    Experience

    • Experience managing business operations, program management, or strategic operations functions within a corporate environment.
    • Experience supporting executive or senior leadership teams.
    • Experience owning and managing rhythm of business processes, planning cycles, and organizational operations.
    • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting business operations, leadership teams, or organizational programs.

    • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a large-scale technology organization.
    • Experience serving in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations Manager, or similar strategic operations capacity.
    • Experience supporting senior leadership teams responsible for business strategy and execution.

    Security & Compliance Requirements

    • Ability to meet company, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
    • Must successfully pass the Cloud Background Check upon onboarding and every two years thereafter.
    • Citizenship verification is required due to export control requirements.
    • Cloud compliance attestation required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Operations & Leadership Support

    • Own and drive the organization's Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes and operational cadences.
    • Support leadership team operations, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, planning cycles, and business reviews.
    • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps and execution plans.
    • Coordinate business planning activities and organizational priorities.


    Strategic Planning & Performance Management

    • Lead OKR development, tracking, reporting, and alignment activities across the organization.
    • Monitor strategic initiatives and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
    • Maintain performance tracking mechanisms and operational dashboards.
    • Ensure business objectives, milestones, and roadmap deliverables remain current and accurate.

    Executive Communications

    • Develop and manage executive-level communications and organizational messaging.
    • Create leadership-ready content for newsletters, staff meetings, all-team meetings, and organizational updates.
    • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and executive communications with a high degree of polish and accuracy.
    • Ensure communications are delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

    Program & Project Management

    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional business projects and initiatives.
    • Drive execution across multiple stakeholders and partner teams.
    • Manage changing priorities and emerging business needs.
    • Support special programs, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives as required.

    Organizational Programs

    • Support recognition and awards programs through stakeholder coordination and program execution.
    • Assist with organizational planning and leadership team initiatives.
    • Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members as business needs evolve.
