Support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of ComEd’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Energy Efficiency programs by contributing to channel management, marketing execution, and performance tracking. As an E02 Program Manager, this role focuses on supporting established strategies and business plans through coordinated project execution, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. The position assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives and process improvements, while helping translate business objectives into actionable workplans, project charters, and performance metrics. The role also provides analytical, operational, and quality assurance support across marketing, outreach, and vendor activities, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals and regulatory expectations. This position operates under general oversight and supports senior program managers and managers in delivering program outcomes.
Coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies may be required.
Primary Duties:This position supports the ComEd Energy Efficiency Commercial & Industrial portfolio by assisting the Customer Journey Team with outreach and marketing reporting and analysis. Utilizing Salesforce, eTRACK+, and Power BI, you will assist in identifying actionable insights to internal stakeholders including program managers, outreach resources, account managers, and management. Responsibilities include assistance with analyzing energy efficiency and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities related to customer segments, territory demographics, project types, and other criteria. This role will frequently collaborate with campaign strategies and effectiveness, and supporting events, newsletters, and webinars. The role also involves leading initiatives, coordinating meetings and events, and tracking results for continuous improvement.
