Akkodis is seeking a Business Program and Project Management Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, driving automation solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of payment platform projects while managing risks, data insights, and stakeholder communication.
Rate Range: $60/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Program and Project Management Specialist Job Responsibilities include:
Plan and manage end-to-end program delivery for client initiatives aligned with product roadmaps.
Drive AI-based automation solutions to optimize operational workflows and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and communicate updates using data analytics dashboards.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across payment systems and processes.
Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in program/project management roles.
Strong expertise in product/program management, AI-driven automation, and building data/analytics dashboards (Power BI or similar).
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, payment systems, and delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
