ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Product Director, Coach 360 is accountable for serving as the primary strategic partner to their assigned business units — building trusted relationships with business unit leaders, understanding coaching and development priorities, and ensuring sustained Coach 360 adoption and value realization. In addition to business unit partnership, this role contributes to the broader Coach 360 platform strategy, governance, cross-functional program support, platform delivery, and enterprise adoption in partnership with the Product Owner.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to assigned business units — building trusted relationships with business unit leaders and stakeholders, understanding their coaching and development priorities, and ensuring those priorities are reflected in the Coach 360 roadmap.
  • Lead adoption and change management efforts for assigned business units. Act as the voice of assigned business units into the Coach 360 strategic team — representing their needs, constraints, and opportunities in all intakes, prioritization, and governance discussions.
  • Lead the execution of reorganizations impacting Coach 360 alignment for assigned business units — in partnership with cross-functional partners, Pfizer Align, and the vendor — ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure business unit requirements are translated into platform delivery with clear handoffs and consistent service across all business units.
  • Own assigned cross-functional program relationships — which may include PX, IC, Compliance, or other enterprise programs — and all related Coach 360 platform work.
  • Own assigned platform capabilities — which may include AI Simulation, Video Campaign, reporting, data integrity, or other components.
  • Support the GCET L&E Quarterly, Semester, and Annual LxP reporting cycles — contributing Coach 360 platform insights and coaching effectiveness narrative in partnership with the Product Owner.
  • Contribute to the enterprise Coach 360 platform strategy, governance, roadmap prioritization, platform delivery, and operational integrity in partnership with the Product Owner.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct line authority; represent Coaching Strategy and Coach 360 priorities in cross-functional forums.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial operations, product management, business transformation, platform leadership, enterprise enablement or customer-facing colleague experience, preferably across different business units and roles.
  • Strong business partnership and relationship management experience comfortable serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business unit leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience in a matrixed commercial organization.
  • Ability to translate business unit needs into platform and program priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms across business units and Therapeutic Areas.
  • Experience with tools and systems used across Customer Engagement Platforms (Veeva, Coach 360, Scout, etc.).
  • Experience managing field sales realignments and utilization of Pfizer Align.
  • Comfortable contributing to platform delivery, data integrity, vendor management, and reporting.
  • Experience with AI-enabled learning and simulation technologies.
  • AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot in day-to-day work; able to communicate about AI-enabled platform features, understand how AI capabilities within Coach 360 and associated platforms are evolving, and champion AI-enabled tools with business unit leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Project management experience (mid-to-large scale).
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and create measurable business impact.
