In this role you will be hands-on in the developing, testing, delivery, and support of the workflows that drive our clients' interactions on the Fidelity Private Shares platform. You'll work closely with technical leads and product managers to support our customers and inform the product, as well as researching and developing new growth opportunities to expand on the strengths of the core technology.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript)
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
  • Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools such as Github and Jenkins
  • A passion for engineering excellence; a desire to empower and collaborate with your teammates; a willingness to learn; and adaptability to new and changing requirements
  • A sense of ownership applying automation and tests to make sure code is robust as possible
  • Ability and desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
