Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Process & Risk Automation Analyst in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Translation:
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into structured workflows, decision logic, and control frameworks
  • Develop clear if/then rules, validation checks, and approval workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are actionable, measurable, and scalable
Low-Code Automation & Workflow Development:
  • Build and maintain workflows using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Design automated processes for approvals, reminders, tracking, and evidence collection
  • Improve process efficiency through automation and standardization
Risk & Compliance Scoring:
  • Develop and maintain risk scoring models (e.g., low/medium/high, weighted scoring frameworks)
  • Implement scoring logic using Excel formulas (IF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUM, etc.) or system-based fields
  • Support prioritization of risk and compliance activities through structured scoring methodologies
Data Management & Preparation:
  • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets across risk, controls, vendor, and compliance domains
  • Perform data deduplication, normalization, and integrity checks
  • Ensure datasets are structured for reporting, automation, and audit readiness
Documentation & Audit Readiness:
  • Document workflow logic, automation steps, and scoring methodologies
  • Maintain clear process documentation to support repeatability, change tracking, and audit requirements
  • Ensure transparency of assumptions and logic for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience with Excel (advanced formulas), SharePoint, and/or Power Automate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting risk, compliance, controls, or operational workflows
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear process logic and automation
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in GRC, audit, vendor management, or compliance operations
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms beyond Microsoft (e.g., ServiceNow, Airtable, Smartsheet)
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies or data governance practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
