The opportunity Delaware North is hiring a full-time Business Process Architect to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary $95,000 - $129,400 per year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

What will you do Lead end-to-end execution of business process transformation initiatives across key enterprise functions. Partner with senior leadership to align transformation goals with strategic priorities and roadmap. Identify and assess high-impact process improvement opportunities through analysis and stakeholder engagement. Design and implement future-state processes that reduce complexity, improve service delivery, and enable automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee external consultants to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.

More about you Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification Change Management certification Project or program management certification Business Process Management certification is a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional process redesign and transformation initiatives with a proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and collaborate across business units and corporate functions. Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing, as well as proficiency in process mapping or modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi. Understanding of change management principles and how to apply them to process and system transformation. Comfortable with enterprise analytics and performance measurement tools to monitor effectiveness and adoption.
