QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

·        Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders

·        Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots

·        Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings

·        Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements

·        Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions

·        Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives

·        Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders

·        Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation

·        Support governance review processes with business impact analysis

·        Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes

·        Create stakeholder communications and status reports

·        Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle

·        Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation

·        Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes

·        Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions

 

Required Skills:

o   U.S. Citizenship

o   Active DoD Secret; TS/SCI preferred

o   Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability

o   5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst

o   Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

o   Experience with use case development and user story creation

o   Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies

o   Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

o   Experience with project coordination and tracking

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

o   Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques

o   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired Skills:

·        Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs

·        Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation

·        Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments

·        Experience with agile requirements management

·        Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations

·        Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks

·        Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes

 

Required Education:

BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience

- DoD 8140 IAT Level II

- ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA
