Required Qualifications
- Initiating, managing and/or developing requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to NASIC staff as well as detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
- Manage studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- SharePoint (Site/subsite architecture, Permissions management, Administering Lists & libraries)
- Power Automate (Deploying and administering multiple complex workflows)
- Power BI (Developing and administering dashboards using the Power BI Service, Using Power Query to perform Extract, Translate, Load (ETL) operations, Semantic models)
- Excel (Power Query ETL, Pivot Tables & Charts)
- Tableau (Prep—ETL data from multiple sources, create calculations and filters for visualizations)
- 10 years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or smilar programs/projects
Education:
- Doctorate degree in a field relevant to their functional area. Twenty (20) years of work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate; or, sixteen (16) years of work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a Doctorate; or, twelve (12) years of work experience plus a Master’s degree may be substituted for a Doctorate.
Security:
- Active Top Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred nice to have, not mandatory)
