Key Responsibilities
Own customer deployments from project kickoff through successful implementation and long-term optimization
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics
Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance using operational insights
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California

Preferred Qualifications
Previous management consulting experience
Early-stage startup experience supporting rapid organizational growth through Series A or Series B funding
Experience building operational systems and scalable business processes from the ground up
Strong client relationship management experience
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Experience supporting AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software implementations
High degree of initiative, adaptability, and executive-level professionalism
HireNow Package
Compensation:$140,000–$220,000 annually
