Summary/Objective

The Business Operations Manager owns and drives efficient, scalable, and consistent execution across the
organization. This role leads process improvement, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional
alignment to ensure operations are structured, efficient, and continuously improving.

The position serves as a key connector across departments, systems, and global stakeholders to enhance
performance, eliminate inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making. This role owns how ZAM
executes across processes, systems, and supply chains.


What you would do:

• Lead continuous improvement of key business processes across the customer journey
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and operational standards
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Oversee and own end-to-end supply chain and logistics coordination, including import/export
processes, brokers, and tariff classification
• Manage relationships with logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
• Monitor delivery performance, lead times, and operational metrics
• Support and guide the Warehouse team (execution remains with Warehouse Manager)
• Serve as key user for CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems, driving effective utilization and
enhancements


What we require from you:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, supply chain, process management or
similar roles
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process management
• Experience managing supply chain or operational processes
• Process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
• Supply chain and logistics coordination
• Data analysis and performance tracking
• Systems thinking and operational optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
