Job Summary:
The Business Operations Manager works with the executive team to implement business strategies and objectives. Strategically manages company resources, driving process standardization and improvement to ultimately increase the efficiency of the business and maximize operating capabilities.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Help define use cases and requirements for products and solutions
Define Produce/Service portfolio
Including the service hierarchy
Sub service definitions
bundled service offerings
Analyzing the profitability of each service
Inventorying and identifying gaps in marketing material for external use
Refining and leading the commercial approval process
Compiling costs of each service
Develop and refine a market-based pricing book
Creating a full P&L per deal
Creating an executive approval document summarizing key points for approval
Help establish master schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts to help achieve product delivery plans
Support all P&L related line items for company product
Continually evaluate and improve product offerings and processes to support products based on sales needs and customer requests and feedback, taking product enhancements through the various development phases
Monitor competition and provide competitive analyses to internal stakeholders
In conjunction with the Marketing team, develop marketing plans supporting the company vision and defining the outlook for the product portfolio
Contribute to new product ideas/strategy and business forecasts
Create and deliver product and solution presentations to customer and internal teams
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5-7 years in Telecom industry
2+ years proven experience in an operations management position
Experience with forecasting models and business projections
Ability to interpret production and financial data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills
Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
Experience with databases and project management software
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience leading and building teams
Ability to create complex forecasting models and budgets
Previous experience in a business operations or strategy role

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies, packages)
