- Lead operational strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven growth initiatives.
- Leverage OpenAI tools to enhance customer engagement and workflows.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive projects that enhance user experience and ensure timely delivery of strategic goals.
- Ideal candidates have 2-6 years in operations or strategy, experience with AI, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Compensation ranges from $150K to $230K, with equity options, in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
