Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading healthcare organization to identify a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Operations Coordinator to support daily operational functions. The Business Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the operations team. This individual works closely with department leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operational processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to overall organizational growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department leadership to provide guidance, consultation, and education to division leaders and staff regarding policies, procedures, initiatives, and programs.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of department-driven programs and initiatives, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Design, develop, and prepare moderately complex reports, dashboards, and presentations to support operations and special projects.
  • Utilize business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, reporting systems, databases, and other internal or commercial platforms to analyze and present data.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on operational priorities.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of current experience in a related specialty area.
  • 2–3 years of overall professional experience, preferably in operations, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with reporting tools or databases preferred.
