Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as a key link between field operations, customers, technicians, and vendors. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, supporting customer accounts, maintaining operational efficiency, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Dispatch Coordination
Manage daily technician scheduling and dispatch activities.
Coordinate service appointments while maintaining efficient technician utilization.
Communicate real-time updates to customers and field personnel.
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
Customer Account Support
Respond to incoming service requests from existing fleet customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of parts and supplies.
Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers.
Help ensure materials and equipment are available to support field operations.
Team & Operational Support
Support technician onboarding and day-to-day accountability.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Shreveport, Louisiana area before employment begins.

Experience in automotive, fleet services, logistics, transportation, dispatching, or field service operations.
Background in customer service, operations coordination, scheduling, or account management.
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
