This position involves managing daily operations of a Speech and Hearing Clinic, including reception, patient intake, insurance authorization, scheduling, and releasing medical information. The role supports clinicians with clerical and administrative tasks in collaboration with department coordinators and specialists.


The full-time schedule is Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating weekends.


Qualifications include a minimum of an associate degree or relevant work experience in medical office administration, with at least one year of reception and administrative experience. Preferred qualifications include HIPAA and Medicare training, CPR certification, experience with electronic medical records, and coordinating work with multiple providers and patients.


Required skills encompass excellent communication, organization, time management, customer service, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of health insurance, medical information release laws, and scheduling systems is advantageous.
