Title: Business Operations Coordinator (remote) Job Description: Seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to support our capture and business operations teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating proposals, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly to advance the companys strategic goals. Responsibilities: Support the capture process by tracking opportunities, coordinating meetings, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with company objectives. Collaborate across departments to manage proposal timelines, gather inputs, and ensure submissions meet Emerging Techs quality standards. Assist with outreach efforts to potential clients and partners, coordinating meetings, maintaining communication, and helping strengthen key relationships. Engage with vendors to support partnership development and contract coordination. Contribute to process improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and communication. Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance, reporting, and audit preparation. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and key initiatives. Take on special projects or administrative tasks as needed to support Emerging Techs broader objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Experience in project coordination, business operations, or capture support preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with project management or CRM tools a plus. Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
