Introduction

We are seeking a high-impact professional to support the Dicks Sporting Goods and Foot Locker Account teams in a critical, multi-year effort to define and operationalize Nike’s future partnership model across key retail banners. This role will operate at the intersection of strategy, project management, and cross-functional leadership, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic project management for product releases and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in project management, including building schedules, horizontal coordination, and providing strategic input.
  • Experience at a Big 4 accounting/consulting firm or with Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Experience developing executive-level communications and managing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to think on the fly, pivot, and thrive in fast-paced projects.
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with AirTable and PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day project orchestration, including project onboarding, initiative timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain integrated workbacks across cross-functional teams.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies at the program level.
  • Communicate program strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support engagement with senior internal leaders and external partners.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans.
