Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $25-30

Introduction

This on-site role involves supporting senior directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It is designed to cover a full-time employee's maternity leave, with an extension being unlikely. The position follows a 4/1 hybrid schedule, with typical work hours at the PHK location.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Proficiency in calendar management using Outlook
  • Experience in event planning
  • Familiarity with expense reporting tools such as Coupa and Concur
  • Prior work experience at the company or in the company's industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with budget tracking and purchase orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams)
  • Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT or Client Copilot is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support 2-3 senior directors with administrative tasks
  • Perform complex calendar management and schedule coordination
  • Book travel arrangements and manage itineraries
  • Plan meetings and events, including budgeting and coordination
  • Prepare expense reports and manage purchase orders
  • Create and edit documents, presentations, and communications
  • Coordinate team space planning and equipment moves
  • Assist with special projects and team culture-building activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for administrative questions
