Business Operations Analyst (On-Site)

Dobson Fiber is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and supporting the execution of capital investment (CAPEX) opportunities tied to sales initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to assess the financial and operational viability of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The analyst will also support quote desk processes, helping to streamline pricing, approvals, and deal structuring. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, strong financial acumen, and the ability to effectively navigate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

·         Measure and monitor return on investment across businesses and geographies

·         Work closely with internal teams, gathering the pertinent data needed to evaluate future and existing customer opportunity

·         Interface with internal and external customers to effectively resolve documentation, quality, and deliverable issues

·         Ensure internal documentation and system procedures are timely and accurately completed

·         Responds to internal response goals, customer expectations and customer feedback

 QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business-related field

·         Knowledge in analytical problem solving, with the ability to distill key insights from multiple data sources

·         Ability to make financially sound business decisions based on profitability models

·         High proficiency with standard PC office tools

·         Experience in the telecommunications industry strongly preferred

·         Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills; interfaces well with multiple disciplines

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines, produce error-free outputs, and prioritize workload
