Position Details:
Days 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Initial 90-days will require full-time hours, 40-hours per week.
Position Summary:
Provides integrated support across patient financial services and revenue cycle operations, including billing support, payment posting, refund processing, patient account assistance, and accounts receivable follow-up. Serves as a key link between patient-facing services and backend workflows.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Hospital billing, collection and clerical experience preferred.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Computer and 10-key skills required. Must work with people in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional manner.
