A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for a full-time position. This role oversees billing, collections, and daily business office operations within a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Work with residents and families on financial matters
- Coordinate insurance verification and authorizations
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of billing processes
- Supervise and support business office staff
Qualifications:
- Long-term care billing experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferred
- Experience with electronic billing systems (e.g., PointClickCare or similar) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Finance or accounting background a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
