Responsible
for coordinating office functions, including A/R, A/P, and some HR functions
and providing assistance to the Business Office Manager daily. Provides
assistance to other department heads and staff as needed. Assists with
answering phones and assisting residents, family members and potential clients
with clerical duties as needed.
Able to work full-time, with possible weekend work.
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
