Remitly, Inc. seeks a Business Manager to under the direction of the Director, Business Management, support the overall business strategy and define clear strategic pillars, goals, objectives and overall business outcomes for a set of corridors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams that directly impact on end-to-end customer experience to proactively identify and solve product friction and customer pain points. Drive customer learnings and hypotheses generation to iterate faster towards the right customer and business outcomes. Translate overall business strategy into specific regional corridor goals for all required actions across marketing, product, and overall customer experience. Collaborate with the analytics team to create customer behavior and market analyses to obtain insights and develop executional plans. Partner with pricing, product, marketing, finance and BD stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Analytics, or a directly related field, and 5 years of experience with financial technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. In the alternative, employer will accept two years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a directly related field, and 5 years of experience with financial technology, consumer technology, strategy consulting, or e-commerce. Experience must also include 1 year with each of the following: interpreting business and customer metrics and key functional KPIs that impact sustainable business growth; problem-solving by analyzing business outcomes, metrics, and KPIs; analyzing the influence of pricing, promotion, product, packaging, and marketing on unit economics; interpreting customer behavior nuances in relation to customer growth and unit economics; building business strategy from operational tactics and initiatives; data modeling and analysis; conducting cohort analysis and building LTV models and churn prediction; developing market expansion plans and aligning execution to business priorities; and A/B testing, multi-channel campaign analysis, Sitespect, SQL, Tableau, and unit economic analysis. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Job Location: Seattle, WA

Rate of Pay: $176,000.00– $220,000.00 per year
