Here’s a question worth building a career on:
How is it that Americans spend more on healthcare than any nation on Earth — $5.4 trillion a year — and get some of the worst results in the developed world?
We asked that question. Then we built the answer.
Thrive Health Systems is a natural healthcare company serving thousands of patients across our Colorado clinics. We uncover the source of suffering instead of duct-taping over symptoms. We measure progress with precision. We walk with every patient from the first breath to the last.
We call it healthier healthcare. And we need someone to run the business side of it like it matters. Because it does.
The Role
Every Thrive clinic runs on two parallel tracks. Doctors own the healing. The Business Manager owns everything that makes the healing possible.
That’s you.
You own the clinic’s full P&L. The budget, the forecast, the numbers that tell the truth. You own the schedule, the systems, the standards. You recruit, develop, and lead the non-clinical team — and you build the kind of culture where people grow because they want to, not because a poster in the breakroom told them to.
You are not the doctor’s assistant. You are not corporate’s messenger. You are the business leader of a clinic that changes lives — and the person who makes sure it can keep doing so, profitably, sustainably, repeatably.
What You’ll Actually Do
Lead people who care. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Hold the standard. Foster accountability without fear and excellence without ego. Every patient who walks through our doors should feel the difference before they reach the front desk.
Own the numbers. Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting. You keep the records accurate, the insights timely, and the clinic compliant. You don’t just read the dashboard — you know what every indicator means and what to do about it.
Run the operation. Streamline what’s slow. Fix what’s broken. Cut what’s wasteful. Find the best practices, prove them, and make them the standard. Efficiency isn’t a cost-cutting exercise here — it’s how we serve more people, better.
Grow the mission. Spot the bottlenecks that keep us from scaling and solve them. Build relationships — with your team, with new talent, with partners who believe what we believe. What works in your clinic becomes the blueprint for the next one.
Protect the house. See risk before it arrives. Build the mitigation before it’s needed. Guard the assets, the reputation, and the trust we’ve earned from tens of thousands of patients.
Who Thrives Here
- A proven leader. Five or more years in senior management — ideally across multiple departments or locations. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. Caring is the prerequisite.
- Financially fluent. You’ve managed budgets, built forecasts, and made the numbers make sense to people who don’t love spreadsheets.
- A builder of people. You develop teams. You give credit by name. You believe growth is the job, not a perk.
- A clear thinker. Data-driven decisions, plainly communicated. No jargon. No hiding behind complexity.
- A degree in business, healthcare administration, or finance is preferred — equivalent experience is respected. Results are what we measure.
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass a background check and drug screening.
What We Offer
- Compensation up to $140,000 per year including performance incentives — because when the clinic thrives, you should too.
- Healthcare in any of our clinics. We don’t just sell healthier healthcare. We live in it.
- Retirement plans and paid time off. Rest is part of the design.
- Real growth. As we replicate clinics, we replicate leaders. The path forward is built for people who build.
- A team worth joining. Collaborative, direct, irreverent but kind. We challenge a broken system with a wink, not a sneer.

Thrive Health Systems was founded out of the back of a small home in Colorado Springs. You can read about
our story, but the big idea is simple: we are about natural healthcare. All about it.
If you hurt today, then we want to help. The thing is, your body probably didn’t always hurt. Your body wasn’t always broken. If you have pain or discomfort, we believe this is the way the body communicates there is a problem. Therefore, the key to solving the problem is to understand the root cause, and address it. Address the root problem, and the symptom (which is usually pain or discomfort) takes care of itself.
There are ranges of measurement that indicate health, or dysfunction, for just about anything in life. Including health.
We belive that getting AHEAD of problems is better than reacting to problems.
We believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (just like Ben Franklin said so).
We believe that healthcare can be far less expensive when a pro-active approach is used. We believe, and have seen, quality of life get restored when someone gets out of pain, gets off their meds, move away from the “battle of the side effects” and step into REAL health.
That’s the big idea.
We’re passionate about health. And the reason is because, without health, most people tend to not have much.
We’ve seen first-hand how a health problem can impact a marriage, or a father-child relationship.
We’ve seen first-hand how a health problem can impact job performance, and earning potential.
The consequences of neglecting one’s health are real and severe. We invite anyone who disagrees to take a tour through our clinics, and hear the stories from people who walked a road in which health was lost…and then regained. And how through regaining their health, they got their ENTIRE life back. All our Chiropractors do is give the body that chance.
