Locations: Orlando, FL or Miami, FL
Schedule: On-site
Base Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience level
Billable hour requirement: 1850/year

Job Details

We are seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join the Business Litigation Practice Group. The Associate will work closely with partners who represent a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other Fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. The Associate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and attend hearings.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business litigation law
  • Excellent researcher and a persuasive writer
  • Must be comfortable in court.
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar
