Business Intelligence

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer with expertise in data analytics, ETL development, and dashboard reporting to support strategic business decisions.

MUST haves: Stakeholder Management, Program Management, Risk Management, Reporting and Communication, Querying AWS data bases or other DBs to get the information for reporting accurately

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines using SQL, Python, AWS, and big data technologies.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, business insights, and root causes.
• Build automated dashboards and reports using tools like Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Develop data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Optimize reporting processes and automate manual workflows for operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SQL, Python, and data warehousing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue, and QuickSight.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with BI visualization tools and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large datasets (billions of records).
• Understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
